Chicken Kebab

A bun filled with nice and juicy spicy chicken covered with sauce and vegetables. The ultimate snack to easily hold in your hand.

Preparation time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

• 650 gr / 1.4 pounds of chicken breasts
• 3 tablespoons of oil
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
• 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons of ground garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons of ground onion powder
• Half a teaspoon of chili powder (optionally)
• 6 pita buns
• Crispy iceberg salat
• Onions and other vegetables you prefer
• Sauces of taste (Garlic sauce!!!)

Steps

1. Take a bowl and add the chicken breasts and add 3 tablespoons of oil, the salt, pepper, cumin powder, garlic powder, onion powder and the chili powder. Mix well and let the chicken to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
2. Once the chicken is marinated bake the chicken breasts slowly on medium heat. Keeping the chicken breasts in one piece ensure the chicken will stay juicy and tender. After 20 - 30 minutes the chicken should be ready. Set aside to cool off for about 15 minutes.
3. When the chicken has cooled off slice the chicken in thin slices. Taste and add salt or pepper to taste
4. Bake the pita buns according to the packaging and fill it with the chicken, vegetables and sauce. Enjoy!
