Kebab Durum
A Durum Kebab is a great snack with a lot of flavor and tender meat. Stuffed in a wrap with fresh and crispy veggies. This is the recipe to make this beauty at home without having a fancy kebab grill. Just made in the oven with 100% flavor.

Ingredients:
For the Kebab
• 500 gr / 1.1 pounds of pork beef minced meat
• 250 gr / 0.5 pounds of lamb minced meat
• 1 onion
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 3 teaspoons of cumin
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• Pinch of ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of oregano
• 1 teaspoon of rosemary
To serve
• 6 Tortilla wraps
• Crispy salat and red onion and other vegetables you prefer
• Sauces like garlic sauce or ketchup
Steps
1. Add all the Kebab ingredients to a kitchen machine and mix and blend for about 10 minutes until you have a smooth meat paste.
2. Take a cake shape baking form and oil it up with a tablespoon of olive oil
3. Add the meat mixture into the baking tray and press firmly to ensure there is no air in the kebab
4. Bake in the middle of the oven at 180°C / 350°F for about 50 minutes.
5. When ready set aside for 20 minutes so the meat can cool off.
When cooled off, take out the meat and try to slice it as thin as possible.
6. Serve in a wrap with the sauce, salat and other vegetables you prefer. Here you go - home made Kebab Durum. Enjoy!
